$900K+ First Year - Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery in North Dakota!
Seeking a BC/BE Plastic Surgeon to join a growing, well-established practice!
The Practice:
1:4 call
Single campus with outpatient surgery center
Practice encompasses General Plastic Surgery, OMF, Breast Reconstruction, Flaps, Trauma and Wound Care, along with Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Microsurgery and/or hand experience welcomed but not exclusive
Teaching/Academic opportunities available
Large built-in referral base
PSLF eligible, Non-profit system
$700K compensation floor for 2 years plus personally performed wRVUs
$200K signing/retention incentive, relocation reimbursement, PTO, CME and paid malpractice with tail coverage
