Job PostingBenefits:Monthly Performance Bonus!!Competitive Health & Welfare BenefitsMonthly $43 stipend to use toward ancillary benefitsHSA with qualifying HDHP plans with company match401k plan after 6 months of service with company match (Part-time employees included)Employee Assistance Program that is available 24/7 to provide supportEmployee Appreciation DaysEmployee Wellness EventsMinimum Qualifications:1 year medical office scheduling or 1-2 years administration experience or clinical experience (CNA, MA, EMT), preferably in an orthopedic setting.Essential Functions:Schedules surgeries within established timelines and creates all related pre- and post-operative appointments.Establishes interdepartmental communication to ensure timely and accurate schedulingMaintains precise, organized records within the EMR and practice-management systemsClearly communicates all clinical and surgical process instructions to patients.Ensures all systems and teams are updated with any edited, cancelled, or rescheduled casesOther duties as assigned.Requirements:Must communicate professionally and effectively with physicians, patients, and internal departmentsAdhere to established scheduling timelines.Possess exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.Demonstrate attention to detail with strong follow-through and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.Knowledge:Familiarity with medical terminology, the insurance authorization process, and EMR systems is preferableEducation:High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge preferred.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
