Job description
Assignment Dates: September 17-21, 2026 (ending at 7:00 a.m. on September 22)
Call: 24-hour call coverage (7a-7a)
Requirements: BC Cardiothoracic Surgeon, ACLS
Core Skills: CABG procedures, inpatient CV surgery management, consults, and rounding
Setting: Hospital-based Cardiothoracic Surgery program
EMR: Epic
Support: 3 experienced PAs providing rounding assistance, inpatient support, and first assist in surgery
Credentialing: Emergency and temporary privileges available for clean files
Experience: Minimum 5 years required
Case Requirement: At least 50 cardiac surgical procedures performed within the last 12 months
