Cardiothoracic Surgeon Opening in Quincy, IL (Permanent)Permanent Position2 hours to St. Louis 3.5 hours to Kansas City 1.5 hours to Springfield, IL Full-time, hospital-employed opportunity at a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) health system Join an experienced cardiothoracic surgeon in a growing program with a new hybrid OR H1 visa sponsorship available Competitive salary: $850,000 $950,000 Supportive hospital leadership and comprehensive resourcesPreferred Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of post-training experience preferred Strong interest and experience in thoracic procedures (EBUS, VATS) Vascular and endovascular skills (including EVAR, TEVAR, and peripheral interventions) TAVR/TAVI experience highly desirableCompensation and Benefits: Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Educational loan forgiveness (if applicable) Health, life, dental, vision, disability, and AD&D insurance Malpractice with tail coverage 403(b) pension plan plus 457(b) tax-deferred option Access to on-site employee child care center 6 weeks of paid time off annually + 1 week CME $5,000 annual professional expense allowanceAbout Quincy, IL:Located on the bluffs of the Mississippi River, Quincy is a charming university town known for its historic architecture, thriving arts scene, and excellent quality of life.
