This is a unique opportunity to become part of a high-volume, high-performance clinical practice serving a broad and diverse patient population across Southern Arizona. Overview: Full-spectrum Cardiothoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery. Hybrid practice model with a mix of inpatient and outpatient care. Shared call schedule - 1:3. Robust surgical infrastructure with a high-volume service line and strong referral base. Research opportunities available. Partnership track available. Collaborative, collegial work environment. Opportunity to contribute to practice growth and innovation. Candidate Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery. Eligible for Arizona medical licensure. Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills. Interest in both thoracic and cardiac casework. Experienced surgeons as well as new graduates are welcome to apply.
