About the Opportunity

Begin your cardiothoracic surgery career with an established and highly respected surgical team at Kaweah Health Medical Center. Join a collaborative group of three experienced cardiothoracic surgeons with more than 30 years of combined experience serving a growing regional population.

This opportunity is specifically designed for graduating residents and fellows seeking mentorship, advanced clinical exposure, and the ability to make an immediate impact within a thriving cardiac surgery program. Compensation

Annual Salary: $600,000-$700,000

Qualifications

Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery

Active California medical license or ability to obtain licensure

Minimum of five (5) years of post-fellowship cardiothoracic surgery experience in an independent practice setting

Demonstrated expertise in adult cardiac surgery and thoracic procedures

Proven commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety, and quality outcomes

Experience contributing to program growth and multidisciplinary team leadership

Strong communication and collaborative leadership skills
