Trauma Surgeon Opening in Joplin, MissouriPosition Overview: Full-Time, Permanent PositionSeeking full-time, BE/BC Trauma Surgeon to join three other Trauma Surgeons.Work alongside an expert team of care professionals who genuinely care for one another and share your passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care.The hospital is Level II Trauma and has 6 trauma bays, 11 state of the art ORs with a full scope of trauma and surgical equipment.Approximately 800 annual trauma casesTrauma/Acute Care Surgery only-no elective surgery7-8, 24-hour shifts per month worked in 1 week increments$470K guarantee plus $50K incentives and $10K relocation assistanceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401k/403b retirement plansOccurrence based malpractice insuranceEPIC EHRCompensation & Benefits:Guarantee at $400K, $50,000 in Recruitment Incentives plus $10K relocation allowance4 weeks' vacation plus 1 week CME plus holidays (while on guarantee)NHSC qualified locations-Student Loan Repayment ProgramHealth, dental, vision and life insuranceRetirement (401k/403b/457b) planOccurrence-based malpracticeAbout the Area:Joplin offers a welcoming community with a low cost of living, excellent schools, and access to outdoor recreation.
