Opportunity:
Advanced Practice (NP) - Cardiovascular Surgery Nurse Practitioner
Job Details:
Locum Tenens engagement to augment the Cardiothoracic Surgery service line while a permanent staff search is conducted
Two weeks per month availability required with initial scheduled dates in late September, late October, and early November with additional dates to follow
Must be skilled and independent in vein harvesting utilizing the Maquet Vasoview system
Support a 17-bed ICU with 2-10 patient encounters per shift
Active Kansas license or IMLC licensure required to be considered
ACLS and BLS certifications required
Credentialing timeframe approximately 1 day
Nearest airport is KCI with lodging accommodations available at the Hilton Garden Inn, Topeka, KS
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
