Tier 1
24-Hour Call: $2880 per 24 hours
Call Back: $370/hr
Tier 2
24-Hour Call: $3115 per 24 hours
Call Back: $410/hr
Average Call Back
Weekday: 6.94 hours
Weekend: 7.55 hours
Schedule
24-Hour Call: 7:00 AM-7:00 AM
Approximately 10-12 Days Per Month
Current Coverage Dates: October 7-11, 2026
Each Coverage Stint Ends at 7:00 AM the Following Morning
Ongoing Coverage Expected Beginning January 2027
Candidates Must Be Available for All Current October Coverage Dates

Clinical Responsibilities
Provide 24-Hour Vascular Surgery Call Coverage
Provide Emergency Vascular Surgery Services
Provide Surgical Treatment of Blunt and Other Vascular Trauma
Evaluate and Manage Vascular Surgery Patients
Perform Emergency Vascular Procedures as Needed
Provide Abdominal Open and Endovascular Surgical Care
Required Procedures / Skills
Abdominal Open Vascular Surgery

Management of Blunt Vascular Trauma
Management of Other Vascular Trauma

Requirements
Board Certified in Vascular Surgery - Required
Active Colorado Medical License or Active IMLC Letter of Qualification - Required at Time of Submission
DEA Registration - Highly Preferred at Submission and Required for Credentialing
Transferred DEA May Be Considered but Must Be Maintained for the Duration of the Assignment
Clean Malpractice and Professional Background - Required
Must Be Available for the Current October Coverage Dates
Must Disclose Number of Ongoing Shifts Per Month Available

All Available October 2026 Coverage Dates Must Be Disclosed
Ongoing Monthly Availability Must Be Provided
Epic Experience Must Be Detailed, Including Number of Years of Experience
Must Provide Month and Year Epic Was Last Used
Must Provide Name of Most Recent Facility Where Epic Was Used
Provider Time Zone Must Be Provided for Virtual Epic Training
Current Phone Number and Personal Email Must Be Provided for Assignment Setup
Provider Photo Suitable for Badge Creation Must Be Submitted
Provider Must Acknowledge and Complete Required Epic Training
Clean Malpractice / Background Required
Self-Inquiry NPDB Report May Help Facilitate Emergency Temporary Privileges
EMR Training Requirements
Credentialing Pre-Application and Full Application Must Be Completed Before EMR Account Setup
Required Epic Learning Modules Must Be Completed Before Virtual Training
Virtual Epic Training Must Be Completed at Least 1 Week Before the First Shift
Epic Modules and Virtual Training Must Be Completed Before First-Day Details Can Be Released
Credentialing
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60-90 Days
Site Prefers Completion Within Approximately 30 Days When Possible
Emergency Temporary Privileges May Be Available Within Approximately 1 Week
