Join a collaborative vascular surgery team within the region's leading healthcare system serving the Permian Basin and West Texas .

Immediate patient volume with high regional demand
Monday-Friday clinic schedule with structured practice days
Manageable 1:3 call rotation
Clinic and hospital located side-by-side for efficient patient care and workflow
Experienced clinical and administrative support staff
Opportunity to build a practice that fits your desired case mix and workload
Compensation & Benefits The role offers a $610,000 guaranteed base salary with production incentive opportunity, sign on bonus, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Candidate Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery
Fellowship trained Vascular Surgeon
Eligible for Texas medical licensure
