Vascular Surgeon Opening in IllinoisLocation: Quincy, IL St Louis 2hr; Kansas City 3hr; Springfield IL 1hr 45mFull-Time, Permanent PositionPosition Overview: Seeking a Board-Certified Vascular Surgeon to join and expand their Vascular Surgery Department at a modern clinic in Quincy, IL. This position offers access to comprehensive diagnostic and surgical support, along with a strong referral network and competitive compensation.Practice/Position Highlights: Opportunity to grow a dedicated Vascular Surgery Department Sub-specialty support available across all major disciplines On-site access to lab, x-ray, 3T MRI, and extremity CT within the clinic s diagnostic center Advanced clinical infrastructure in a well-established health system Board Certification is expected for all staff physicians Qualifications: Board Certified in Vascular Surgery Eligible for Illinois medical licensure Strong surgical and diagnostic skills with a collaborative approach Compensation & Benefits: Base salary: - $625,000/year for new graduates - $700,000/year for candidates with 3+ years of experience Productivity incentive bonus plan based on wRVUs Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Educational debt forgiveness loan available Full benefits including health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance Malpractice insurance with tail coverage 403(b) pension plan plus 457(b) tax-deferral option Six weeks annual paid time off plus one week CME $5,000 annual professional expense allowance Access to on-site employee child care center About the Area: Quincy, IL is a thriving community on the Mississippi River offering excellent schools, affordable living, and abundant cultural and recreational activities.
