Vascular Surgeon North of Washington, DC Join a physician-owned vascular surgery practice in Maryland offering clinical autonomy, a collegial team, and a potential pathway to partnership.
Position Highlights Physician-Owned Practice: Join an established private practice with a collaborative team environment.
Clinical Autonomy: Provide vascular care with the ability to manage a broad range of open and endovascular procedures.
Outpatient Setting: Deliver clinic-based care and perform surgical procedures in an outpatient-based lab (OBL).
Consistent Schedule: Work a five-day schedule.
Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience and productivity.
Partnership track available.
Candidate Requirements Experienced Vascular Surgeon.
Expertise in open and endovascular vascular procedures.
Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
