Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a Surgical Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider to deliver high-acuity care in a fast-paced ICU and step-down environment. The APP will manage pre- and post-operative surgical patients, perform advanced assessments and procedures, interpret diagnostics, and develop evidence-based treatment plans. Working closely with surgeons, intensivists, nurses, and ancillary teams, you will coordinate care, participate in rounds, and support quality and safety initiatives.
