Job description
Kettering Health Soin in Beavercreek, OH is seeking a Surgical Technologist First Assistant (STFA) to support the surgeon during intraoperative care in a busy OR. This full-time, first-shift role emphasizes hemostasis, tissue handling, and instrument management to maintain a clear surgical field.
Qualified candidates will have graduated from an approved Surgical Technology program, hold NBSTSA or NCCSA First Assistant credentials, with at least 2 years OR experience and BLS certification.
