McLaren Health seeks a Surgical First Assistant to support surgeons in operative procedures, preparing the sterile field, maintaining exposure and hemostasis.
Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program; CFA certification; CST with 350 cases; BLS. Responsibilities include scrubbing, draping, passing instruments, handling specimens, and maintaining sterile technique throughout procedures.
