Job description
Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Clinical Nurse to provide and coordinate evidence-based nursing care for an assigned patient group. The RN will participate in decision-making, teaching, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and unit operations.
The role requires an Illinois RN license, NLN-accredited education, BLS certification, and strong analytic and communication skills to advocate for patients and maintain safety and quality in care delivery.
