Job description
Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Territory Sales Manager, Surgical Innovations Team, to drive annual territory sales and launches across MIS, Lateral and Biologics. You will lead sales execution with surgeons, hospital staff, and regional partners, traveling within the territory and promoting a Challenger-selling approach.
You will report to the National Manager, Surgical Innovations and require strong leadership, strategic selling, and stakeholder engagement to achieve targets.
