OhioHealth is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our Surgical Unit at Marion General Hospital. In this role, you will oversee daily clinical and operational activities, ensuring safe, high-quality care for surgical patients. You will supervise and mentor nursing staff, manage staffing and resources, and drive quality and safety initiatives. Partner closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to enhance outcomes and patient experience.
