Job description
Northwest Hospital in Randallstown, MD seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join the Surgical team. You will oversee inpatient and outpatient clinical operations and collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership to ensure high-quality patient care.
You will supervise non-physician providers, manage staffing and credentialing, participate in perioperative care, and drive quality improvement while aligning with regulatory standards.
