Job description
Baptist Health Brookwood Hospital in Homewood, AL is seeking an Assistant Nurse Operations Manager to lead the Surgery department in a full-time capacity. The ANOM provides leadership and operational oversight for the OR and aligns with hospital goals alongside nursing and medical staff leadership.
The role requires a BSN, Alabama RN license or NLC, BLS, and 2 years RN acute care plus 1 year in leadership; ANCC/AONL leadership certification within 2 years is preferred.
