Job description
Methodist Hospital is seeking a Patient Care Supervisor, Operating Room to lead daily OR nursing operations, staffing, and performance management under the Nursing Director. You will hire, develop staff, and drive quality and safety in patient care.
This full-time role requires a BSN or ADN with a related bachelor’s degree, and two years of acute care RN experience; Minnesota RN licensure and BLS are required. Work schedules include a 1.0 FTE with day/evening shifts and on-call coverage.
