Your Role in Transforming Surgical Care

Being a Surgical Physician Assistant transcends technical expertise — it involves maintaining calmness when faced with the unexpected and offering reassurance when a patient feels overshadowed by anxiety. Your presence will resonate in the OR, and your steady guidance will be felt in the hospital hallways as you articulate diagnoses, lead families, and help patients navigate their paths to recovery.

You'll join forces on an array of surgical procedures, from minimally invasive laparoscopic interventions to intricate inpatient operations. Yet, your impact continues beyond the operating room — during recovery discussions, wound assessments, and long-term planning. Your insights are valued, your clinical judgment trusted, and your influence acknowledged in decisions that matter.

This is a collaborative team that respects your perspective and acknowledges that the success of any surgery relies on strong partnerships — built upon trust, humility, and unwavering commitment to care.

Regardless of where you are in your surgical journey, whether just embarking on your PA career or bringing years of intraoperative experience, we prioritize your character over credentials. If your heart beats for healing, your mind sharpens in clinical settings, and your hand steadies in moments that matter, you will find your place in our midst.

Let's Collaborate Where Care Meets Exceptional Skill

This position represents more than just a career. It's an opportunity to empower individuals to regain their strength, restore their mobility, and reclaim the life they cherish.

Become part of a team where every contribution is recognized, every success is celebrated, and every patient is cherished beyond their medical chart. If you're eager to bring your surgical acumen to a community that cherishes both clinical excellence and human connection, we are excited to welcome you to our family.
