Job Description
Perform thorough patient evaluations, encompassing physical assessments and meticulous reviews of medical histories.
Assist in diagnosing surgical conditions through interpretation of imaging results and laboratory data.
Work hand-in-hand with surgeons to design and implement customized surgical treatment plans for patients.
Provide essential intraoperative assistance, including setting up operating areas, ensuring proper patient positioning, and managing surgical instruments during operations.
Deliver outstanding pre- and post-operative care, covering medication management, wound treatment, patient discharge planning, and education.
Education
Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
Preferably, completion of clinical rotations focusing on surgical disciplines.
Certifications
Valid and unrestricted PA-C certification.
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
State licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a Physician Assistant.
Skills
