Job Highlights
Perform thorough patient evaluations that encompass physical examinations and comprehensive medical history analyses
Assist in diagnosing surgical conditions by interpreting imaging studies and laboratory results
Work collaboratively with surgeons to develop and implement individualized surgical care plans
Provide essential intraoperative support, from preparing operating rooms to ensuring optimal patient positioning and instrument management during surgeries
Deliver outstanding pre-operative and post-operative patient care, including medication administration, wound management, discharge planning, and patient education
Qualifications
Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
Preference for candidates with clinical rotations emphasizing surgical care
Required Certifications
Valid and unrestricted PA-C certification
Current BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory
State licensing (or eligibility) to practice as a Physician Assistant
Desired Skills
