Job Responsibilities

Perform thorough patient evaluations, including conducting physical assessments and reviewing comprehensive medical histories

Work hand-in-hand with surgeons to develop and implement tailored surgical treatment plans

Provide intraoperative aid by preparing surgical environments, ensuring patient safety, and managing instruments during surgeries

Deliver exemplary pre-and post-operative care, encompassing medication distribution, wound management, discharge processes, and education for patients

Educational Qualifications

Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program

Clinical rotations with a surgical concentration are preferred

Certifications

Valid and unrestricted PA-C certification

BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory

State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant
