Join the Surgical Team as a Physician Assistant in Charismatic Little Rock, Arkansas

Job Responsibilities
Perform thorough patient evaluations, including physical assessments and detailed medical history reviews
Assist in diagnosing surgical conditions through in-depth interpretation of imaging and laboratory results
Work closely with surgeons to develop and implement tailored surgical treatment strategies
Provide essential intraoperative assistance, including arranging the operating environment, ensuring correct patient positioning, and handing surgical instruments during surgeries
Deliver outstanding pre- and post-operative care, which includes administering medications, managing wound care, planning for discharges, and educating patients
Educational Requirements
Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
Prior experience with a focus on surgical rotations is strongly preferred
Certifications Needed
Active and unencumbered PA-C certification
BLS and ACLS certification required
State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant
Desirable Skills
Strong understanding of surgical principles and sterile operating procedures
Proven aptitude to interpret diagnostic tests and participate in complex clinical decision-making
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings, especially during surgical procedures
