In the operating room, you're hands-on, but you also serve as a reassuring presence, guiding families and articulating care plans that empower patients to take charge of their recovery.

Your contributions range from facilitating minimally invasive laparoscopic surgeries to participating in more intricate inpatient procedures. Moreover, your impact continues long after surgery; with every wound check, follow-up discussion, and recovery plan, your insights are valued. You are not just part of the team; you are an integral player in every aspect of the surgical journey.

Your colleagues cherish your perspectives because they recognize that successful outcomes hinge on a collective effort rooted in trust, humility, and unwavering care.
