Substantial paid time off and CME reimbursement

A supportive team atmosphere with access to cutting-edge equipment and resources

Opportunities for career growth within a dynamic healthcare environment

Your Role in the Surgical Journey

Being a Surgical Physician Assistant requires more than just technical prowess — it demands an ability to remain calm and clear-headed when surprises arise and to offer comfort when fears overshadow hopes. You'll be hands-on in the operating room while also being a steady presence in the hallways—explaining diagnoses, guiding families, and helping patients navigate their paths forward.

Your participation spans everything from minimally invasive laparoscopic surgeries to intricate inpatient operations. Post-operatively, your influence continues through wound checks, recovery conversations, and long-term planning discussions. Your insights are invaluable. Your clinical expertise is respected. Your voice resonates in decisions, both significant and subtle.

This is a team that cherishes your insights and recognizes that every successful surgery embodies collective effort — grounded in trust, humility, and unwavering care.

The community exudes warmth and friendliness, with locals genuinely interested in the day-to-day happenings of your life.

With a favorable cost of living and a thriving job market, this is an area where your paycheck goes further, allowing you to enjoy your time off more meaningfully. Beyond being just a fantastic work location, it's an extraordinary place to cultivate a fulfilling life.

Who We're Seeking

We're in search of a Physician Assistant who thrives under pressure — an individual who excels in demanding settings and finds purpose in thorough preparation. A professional who listens before acting, offers assistance before directing, and learns just as eagerly as they teach.

You may be at the onset of your surgical path or come with years of intraoperative experience — regardless, we prioritize character over credentials. If you possess an agile mind, steady hands, and a heartfelt commitment to healing, you will feel right at home in our culture.

Join Us Where Precision Meets Purpose

This position transcends being merely a job. It represents a profound mission — to assist individuals in reclaiming strength, restoring movement, and returning to their lives enhanced and revitalized.

Join a community where each role is esteemed, every triumph is celebrated, and every patient is regarded as a person, not just a record. If you are excited to bring your surgical expertise to a setting that values both clinical excellence and human connection, we cannot wait to welcome you aboard.
