Your Role in the Surgical Experience

Stepping into the role of a Surgical Physician Assistant is about more than honed skills — it is about remaining calm and composed in the face of the unexpected, providing encouragement when a patient's worries surpass their hopes. In the operating room, you will play a key part, but your influence will also extend beyond — to guiding families, interpreting diagnoses, and supporting patients as they navigate their paths to recovery.

You'll collaborate on diverse surgical procedures, from minimally invasive techniques to intricate inpatient operations. Furthermore, your valuable insights will be critical in post-operative areas, during wound evaluations, recovery conversations, and long-range planning. Your knowledge is highly valued. Your voice is instrumental. Your dedication is recognized in every decision we make.

We are a team that sincerely appreciates your input, appreciating that the success of any surgical undertaking hinges on the collective effort — constructed on trust, humility, and unwavering care.
