Your Role in Transforming Surgical Experiences

Embracing the title of Surgical Physician Assistant means more than just possessing technical knowledge — it's about stepping forward with calm assurance when faced with unpredictability and providing comfort when a patient's anxiety threatens to overshadow their hope. You'll be actively engaged in the OR while also serving as a reassuring presence in the corridors, interpreting diagnoses, guiding families, and assisting patients in navigating their recovery.

From minimally invasive laparoscopic methods to intricate inpatient operations, your diverse experiences will be highly valued. Your influence will extend beyond the operating table, encompassing post-operative wound evaluations, recovery conversations, and strategic long-term planning. Your insights are recognized. Your clinical perspective is trusted. Your voice holds weight in both significant decisions and everyday practices.

This is a collaborative environment that appreciates your contributions, knowing that every successful surgery is a collective endeavor — grounded in trust, compassion, and relentless devotion.

Rooted in Culture: Why Minneapolis Is More Than Just a Scenic Locale — It's a Lifestyle

Leaving the hospital, you'll step into a city that doesn't simply accommodate life, but joyfully embraces it. Welcome to Minneapolis, where urban energy meets serene lakes, and gourmet food trucks buzz beside artistic endeavors and vibrant green spaces.

Dedicate your weekends to exploring charming paths overlooking the Chain of Lakes or dive into the rich cultural scene, where art and music blend seamlessly into the city atmosphere. Discover local breweries brewing artisan beers with as much care and passion as the care you bring to patients. The community here radiates warmth, with genuine conversations and heartfelt connections making every interaction meaningful.

With no state income tax and a prospering job market, your income stretches further, allowing you to invest in a meaningful lifestyle. This isn't just a place to work; it's where you can nurture a life that matches your aspirations.

Whether you choose high-rise living with breathtaking city views or a peaceful dwelling closer to nature, you'll find a home here. The music scene is alive and eclectic, and the culinary experiences are a delightful mix of old-world comforts and innovative cuisine. And the people? A relaxed blend of creators, thinkers, and practitioners, all contributing to the rich tapestry of life in this vibrant city.

Who We Seek

We're proud to seek out a Physician Assistant who embraces challenges — someone who shines in high-pressure contexts and finds fulfillment in careful, thorough preparation. You should be a listener prior to speaking, a supporter before leading, and someone who learns just as much as you teach.

Whether you are at the beginning of your surgical journey or an experienced provider with years of intraoperative expertise, your character is incredibly important to us. If you possess acute insight, a steady hand, and a real passion for aiding those in need, you'll fit in seamlessly within our team.

Let's Collaborate Where Precision Meets Purpose

This position transcends being just a job; it represents a calling — to aid individuals in reclaiming their strength, rediscovering their movements, and joyfully returning to their lives, transformed.

Join us in an environment where every role is respected, every victory is celebrated, and every patient is seen as a complete person, not merely a medical record. If you are eager to bring your surgical expertise to a region that values both clinical excellence and genuine human connection, we are excited to welcome you aboard.
