Provide vital support during surgeries, including preparing operating rooms, ensuring proper patient positioning, and handing off surgical instruments
Deliver outstanding pre-operative and post-operative care, including administering medications, managing wounds, planning discharges, and educating patients

Proven ability to analyze diagnostic tests and contribute to complex clinical judgments
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Capability to excel in fast-paced environments, especially during surgical procedures
Kind bedside manner with deep respect for patients' rights and dignity
Employee Benefits
Competitive salary coupled with performance incentives
Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision)
Generous paid time off along with CME reimbursement
A collaborative team atmosphere equipped with top-of-the-line resources and equipment
Opportunities for career growth in a rapidly expanding healthcare organization
Your Role in the Surgical Experience
Being a Surgical Physician Assistant transcends mere technical capabilities — it's about embodying calm steadiness when unanticipated events occur and providing comfort when a patient's anxiety overshadows their hope. You will be actively engaged in the operating room, but your reassurance will also extend to family conversations in the hallways, articulating diagnoses, steering families through the healing process, and supporting patients every step of the way.
You'll take part in everything from minimally invasive laparoscopic surgeries to more intricate inpatient procedures. Yet, your influence doesn't cease post-op — it will continue during wound assessments, recovery dialogues, and future planning. Your insights are invaluable. Your clinical perspective is trusted. Your input plays a critical role in both minor and significant decisions.
In this environment, your viewpoint is appreciated, and there is a mutual understanding that successful surgeries hinge on teamwork — built upon trust, humility, and unwavering care.
