Your Impact on Surgical Care

Being a Surgical Physician Assistant is about more than technical ability — it's about stepping up with calm focus when unexpected challenges arise and providing comfort when a patient's anxiety begins to overshadow their hope. You are not just a presence in the OR; you are a consistent guide in the hallways, clarifying diagnoses, supporting families, and helping patients navigate the next steps in their journey to health.

Your collaborative role spans across a range of surgical cases, from minimally invasive laparoscopic procedures to more involved surgeries requiring hospital admission. Post-operative, you will be an essential part of the patient's recovery — from routine wound checks and discussions about recovery to long-term care planning. Your insights matter. Your clinical judgment is respected. Your voice carries weight in decisions, whether significant or minor.

The success of every surgery rests on a community effort — one built on trust, humility, and unwavering care. Here, your opinion is valued, and your contributions truly matter.

Experience the Lifestyle of San Bernardino

As you step outside the hospital doors, discover a city that embraces life in all its forms. Welcome to San Bernardino, where the serenity of nature harmonizes with urban vibrancy, creating the perfect backdrop for a fulfilling and balanced life.

On weekends, take a stroll along the scenic paths of local parks, or hike through the stunning San Bernardino Mountains. Enjoy outdoor activities like kayaking or fishing at nearby lakes, or explore local attractions that celebrate both history and diversity. Engage with a community that thrives on friendly exchanges and genuine connections, where people greet you with a smile and interest in your day.

With a reasonable cost of living and a robust job market, your earnings will stretch further, giving you freedom to truly relish your leisure time. San Bernardino is not just a place to work – it's a place to cultivate a lifestyle that resonates with your values.

Whether you're drawn to high-rise apartments with urban views or prefer a cozy home surrounded by nature, there's a perfect fit waiting for you. The cultural scene is rich, with an array of restaurants serving innovative cuisine, and the community is a blend of passionate individuals from all walks of life.

Who We Seek

We're in search of a Surgical Physician Assistant who excels under pressure — someone who finds purpose in careful preparation and thrives in fast-paced environments. A person who prioritizes listening over speaking, supporting before leading, and embracing as much learning as sharing.

Whether you're just beginning your surgical career or are seasoned in intraoperative care, we are more interested in your character than your accomplishments. If you carry a sharp mind, steady hands, and a true compassion for healing, you'll find your place here with us.

Let's Create a Meaningful Impact Together

This position is more than a mere job; it's a calling — to assist individuals in regaining their health, mobility, and zest for life after surgery.

Join a team where every member's role is integral, every achievement celebrated, and every patient regarded as more than just a diagnosis. If you're ready to leverage your surgical expertise in a community that values both clinical excellence and genuine human connection, we are excited to meet you.
