Your Role in the Surgical Journey

Stepping into the shoes of a Surgical Physician Assistant goes beyond mastering technical skills; it entails providing a reassuring presence amidst the uncertainty that often accompanies surgery. You'll find yourself deeply involved in operating rooms as well as being a calming voice for families, explaining procedures, and guiding them through their care paths.

Your responsibilities will encompass everything from performing minimally invasive laparoscopic surgeries to managing more complex inpatient procedures. Moreover, your influence will resonate beyond the operating table — engaging with patients during recovery, offering support, and assisting in long-term health strategies. Your contributions are essential. Your clinical insights are trusted. Your voice is a vital part of our collaborative healthcare approach.

We value your perspective and should you choose to join us, you will be part of a team that believes every successful surgery is the culmination of collective effort, built on trust, humility, and unwavering dedication to care.

The bustling markets and craft breweries of the city add a sprinkle of excitement, inviting you to unwind and celebrate life.

With no state income tax and a wealth of job opportunities, you will find that your earnings stretch considerably further, giving you time to enjoy the rich offerings of both city life and nature. Living here means embracing a rhythm that blends career satisfaction with personal fulfillment.

Who We're Looking For

We seek a Physician Assistant who flourishes under pressure — someone who thrives in demanding environments and finds joy in meticulous care. Someone who listens with intention, supports others genuinely, and learns constantly, growing alongside their colleagues and patients.

Whether you are building your surgical skills or bringing years of experience with intraoperative support, we value character over credentials. If you possess a sharp intellect, steady hands, and an intrinsic desire to heal, you will fit perfectly into our team.

Let's Create a Future Where Precision Meets Compassion

This position serves more than just a role – it's a paramount mission — to empower individuals to regain strength, restore movement, and return to their daily lives in better health than ever.

Join a team that honors everyone's contributions, celebrates every success, and sees each patient as more than just a record on a clipboard. If you're ready to bring your surgical skills to a vibrant region that values both clinical excellence and compassionate care, we are excited to meet you.
