Job description
LewisGale Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Surgical Progressive Care Unit. In this role, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to post-surgical and step-down patients, closely monitoring hemodynamic status, managing complex IV therapies, and coordinating interdisciplinary care plans. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions while supporting patients and families through education and advocacy.
