Job description
Saddleback Memorial Medical Center is hiring an RN, First Assistant for the OR to work in the Surgery Services department in a full-time capacity. The RNFA will participate in intra-operative patient care under the surgeon’s direction and collaborate with the surgical team.
Qualified candidates will have a nursing degree (BSN required, or MSN preferred), NPI number, and RNFA certification or training with preceptorship. A signing bonus is available for external hires meeting requirements.
