Job description
Carle Health is seeking an RN First Assist (RNFA) to support surgeons in a perioperative setting. The role emphasizes independent nursing actions in perioperative assessment and post-operative evaluation, working across departments with the surgical team to ensure readiness of trays, instrumentation, and supplies for each procedure.
The RNFA will provide patient care, assist in surgery, monitor vitals, and participate in post-operative care and family education.
