Job description
Baxter is seeking a Territory Business Manager to represent our Advanced Surgery portfolio across a defined geography. You will build trust with doctors and nurses, promote hemostats, sealing, and tissue products, and drive adoption in operating rooms.
You will travel up to 50% to customer sites, educate clinicians on product use, and collaborate with hospital teams to meet clinical and economic needs while achieving sales targets and contributing to strategic initiatives.
