Join our dynamicand fast-paced surgical team! We are currently seekinga full-time Surgical Scrub Technician tosupport our busy Ophthalmic AmbulatorySurgery Center, where we specialize in advanced eye procedures that makea lasting impact on patients' lives.
About the Role:
As a Surgical ScrubTech, you will play a critical role in supporting our surgical team by ensuringa sterile environment, preparing instruments and equipment, and assisting thesurgeon during ophthalmic procedures. You’ll be responsible for anticipatingthe needs of the surgical team and maintaining a smooth workflow in theoperating room.
What We’re Looking For:
Certification or prior scrub tech experience is required
Strong knowledge of steriletechnique and surgical instrumentation
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Excellent communication skillsand a team-oriented mindset
Ophthalmic surgery experience isa plus but not required
