Job description
Tulane University Medical Group is seeking a experienced medical coder to abstract and code professional surgical services from provider documentation, ensuring compliance with guidelines. The role also includes educating physicians and staff on billing regulations and documentation issues, and serving as a liaison among providers, administration and coding staff.
The candidate must work independently and lead initiatives.
