Job description
Gila Regional Medical Center in Silver City, NM seeks a Director of Surgical Services. The RN leader will develop, implement, and evaluate perioperative processes to ensure safe, cost-effective patient care and regulatory compliance.
You will coordinate care, manage staff and budgets, and represent GRMC within the community. The role requires extensive perioperative nursing experience and management skills, with NM RN licensure and preferred CNOR.
