Job description
The Surgical Services Manager will join a rural Colorado eight-bed critical access hospital to oversee the perioperative program, including surgical services, operating room care, and post-op operations.
Reporting to senior clinical leadership, you will direct daily OR workflows, support perioperative staff, promote quality and patient safety, manage staffing and resources, and foster a culture of accountability and respect in a collaborative team.
