DCI Donor Services, Inc. is seeking a Surgical Services Manager to lead the Surgical Recovery team in Nashville. The role focuses on oversight of organ recovery activities, including perfusion, preservation, and coordination of call schedules to ensure staff coverage and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of operating room experience, leadership experience, and relevant certifications. Travel and on-call duties are required; a valid driver's license is essential.
