Job description
Surgical Services - Sterile Processing Tech
Join our team as a Surgical Services - Sterile Processing Tech and play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of surgical instrument processing.
What You'll Be Doing
Decontaminate surgical items including drills, Davinci, and scopes
Assemble instruments across all service lines, including trauma and loaners
Perform sterilization processes using sterrad and steam
Manage sterile storage and ensure compliance with safety standards
Act as an OR liaison to facilitate communication and workflow
Utilize Censitrac tracking system for instrument management
Apply Medivator experience in daily operations
What We Need To See
CBSPD or CRCST certification through HSPA
At least 3 years of experience in a similar facility
Experience with Medivator systems
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd
Experience in decontamination processes
Familiarity with assembly of instruments in all service lines
Knowledge of sterilization processes with sterrad and steam
Experience as an OR liaison
Proficiency with Censitrac tracking system
