Job description
SPT Lead Weekend Days
6p-630am Friday, Saturday, Sunday with occasional holidays
4 years experience
1st time travelers
Previous leadership or charge experience needed
Certs Required: HSPA (IAHCSMM) or CBSPD
Responsibilities
• Lead daily sterile processing operations while supporting department workflow.
• Coordinate the preparation, decontamination, sterilization, assembly, packaging, and distribution of surgical instruments and supplies.
• Ensure all instrumentation is properly cleaned, sterilized, and functioning before patient use.
• Support quality initiatives, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor staff and assist with workflow coordination.
• Utilize Censitrac and other documentation systems to maintain instrument tracking and quality standards.

• Level I Trauma Center
• Floating may be required between OSU locations.
