Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a Surgical Subspecialties Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in Connecticut. In this advanced practice role, you’ll provide pre‑ and post‑operative care, first assist in surgical procedures, perform rounds, and manage complex surgical patients in collaboration with attending surgeons. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, ordering and interpreting diagnostics, developing treatment plans, educating patients and families, and coordinating care across specialties.
