Job description
Hartford Healthcare is seeking a Surgical Subspecialties Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative surgical team. In this role, you will provide advanced practice care across perioperative settings, including pre-op assessment, intraoperative support, and post-op management. Responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, ordering and interpreting diagnostics, assisting in procedures, managing treatment plans, and coordinating follow-up care. You will work closely with surgeons, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams, leveraging cutting-edge technology while mentoring staff and supporting quality, safety, and process improvement initiatives.
