Job description
Hackensack Meridian Health seeks a Surgical Technologist I in New Jersey to support the OR by preparing instruments, passing them to the surgeon, and maintaining sterile technique according to policy.
Responsibilities include counting sponges and needles, handling specimens per OR procedures, and ensuring proper decontamination, disinfection, and sterilization of all instruments.
Education: graduation from an accredited Surgical Technologist program; certification is preferred.
