Job description
MountainView Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces, NM seeks a Surgical Technician Lead to organize operating rooms, prepare instruments, and assist procedures under surgeon and nurse direction. The role emphasizes aseptic practice and patient safety while guiding surgical technicians and supporting scheduling and quality initiatives.
Qualified candidates will have an accredited Surgical Technology program, 3-5 years of surgical tech experience, and preferred lead/preceptor background.
