Acuity Eye Group is seeking a Surgical Technician Lead to supervise and support surgical techs in an ASC setting. The role includes prepping patients, scrubbing for procedures, maintaining sterile environments, and ensuring compliance with CMS and safety standards. You will mentor staff, coordinate scheduling, and manage inventory.
The position requires OR experience, a surgical tech program graduate, and BLS certification; strong communication and leadership are essential.
