Job description
The MountainView Regional Medical Center is seeking a Surgical Technician Lead in Las Cruces, NM. This role supports the surgical team in preparing operating rooms and organizing supplies, while also guiding and training surgical technicians.
In addition to technical duties, the Lead ensures adherence to aseptic practices and plays a crucial role in facilitating high-quality patient care. Candidates should have 3-5 years of surgical technician experience and completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
